Dr. Casner joined Pathology Laboratory Associates (PLA) in July of 1996.

He is the Laboratory Director at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and practices Clinical Pathology and Anatomic Pathology with an emphasis on Gastrointestinal Pathology.

Dr. Casner is a graduate of Texas Tech University (1986), where he majored in Biology. Go Tech!

Dr. Casner completed one year internships in internal medicine and diagnostic radiology at Baylor University Medical Center and completed an Anatomic and Clinical pathology residency in June of 1996 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of Chrome to the right of the address bar, then click settings.
  2. In the settings menu, select the “Privacy and security” option on the left of the screen,
  3. then select the site settings option in the middle pane.
  4. In the site settings menu, scroll down to the “Pop-ups and redirects” menu and select it.
